Ahhhh. Very nice. I haven’t been in the room for Present Tense since 2006. Does he play Present Tense in drop D? I can’t remember.

IMO the best PJ I’ve evee been at (I’ve been at every show in Santiago ever, Wrigley 2016 both nights and Rio 2018). Incredible setlist, crowd, and the intimacy aforded with a smaller crowd on thins arena was amazing. I was in line since 9 AM to be at the front row at the pit and got the chance to interact with other fans too, hear stories, etc. Can’t wait till they come back.

Here is the letter that I give to Mike McCready and Mark Smith - tour manager (with no answers) about movistar problems:

    Hello

First, Im sorry for my English, I need to study more.
I am an analog member since 2012. I live in São Paulo/SP - Brazil.

I would like to tell you about the organization of the show that took
place at Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile.

I traveled from Brazil to Chile only for this concert.

The show took place on March 13, 2018, and I arrived the day before to
    queue in the afternoon.

Some Chilean friends and me camped to have a good location for the show
    in front of the stage.

We put tapes on our wrists, with our queue number and location.

The night followed and we told the security guards about what was happening.

They told us that the o´´higgins park would be closed and would only
open the next day at 6am, and that we could queue in
front of the arena as soon as it opened.

Since I had problems with the organization of events in Chile before,
I sent emails to tenclub as well as to their social networks,
    requesting help with the organization.

I told that the park had many *construction works* because of Lollapalooza

and that we would probably run and that there would be many risks of
    falls and accidents.

    No one answered me.

the next day they told us that the park would only open2pm.

Around 1pm, the organization of the event asked everyone who
was there waiting for the show to gather around an awning, under a
shade. We warned about the queue, which we had camped, that we were
numbered and that there were people from all sectors.

    No one cared.

At 5pm they opened the gates and practically sent us
to run. All the about 300 people who were there, with no organization,
    for about 500 meters.

In this race, as predicted and warned, I stumbled and hurt my back.

    I tripped on a gap.

I kept on walking, and then they opened another gate outside where
people had arrived that same day in the afternoon (the organization
said that the other gates would opened after us, because we had
    camped).

A giant line was formed, with about 1000 people or more, without any
organization and many grids. And with a hard sun.

Then, to my surprise, although they said there would be only one gate
inside the park to the event, they opened another  door about 6 pm.

And people who arrived at 6 pm for the event settled in the same place as my friends who managed to run and camped the night before. And were in a better position than me, that had camped the day before.

In the meantime, I saw some people fighting with guards because they
had special needs (one with bad body bone formation and one with
crutches) fighting to havea separate entrance. And the guards said there was nothing they could do.

Even with my back aching, with no chance of a good location, I stood
in line and went into the show.

The same entrance served to all sectors and the two access gates
outside the park opened at the same time.

I suffered a lot with the jerks, hair pulls, etc.

If you had not played Of the girl and around bend I would have really
been much more upset. Thank you for that.

However, at the end, with my back aching and practically fainting, I
leaved before the end of the concert.

My luck, as in the report I saw on internet, there was only one exit
for 18 thousand people and it tooked about an hour walking just to get
to the parking lot of the place.

I write only to report that the band always says they are very
concerned about the safety of the people at the concerts, but even
though I warned of all the problems, none of your team did anything.

My back still hurts a lot, but it's nothing serious. I returned to
Brazil because my father has cancer, and I went with him for a biopsy
    and exams.

I do not know if I will be able to accompany the tour, since I am
    taking a lot of painkillers.

I want to go to the shows but I will not camp anymore.

Maybe never again in South America.

I'd like you to please look more at us.

Being a member of the ten club does not give us (South America fans) many advantages. We do
    not have advance ticket,
we only get discounts to buy tickets (which I would otherwise get
anyway). Shipping for any merch is $ 40.
And no one helps us at all about the queue, organization, and safety
    of the event.

I have a lot of affection for the band for what it represents not just
for music, but for the way it stands for environmental, political,
and, especially, how it treats its fans.

But this time I was really very sad and disappointed.

Please, take more care with South America fans and tenclub members from here too.
it is not our fault to live in third world countries. We are fans just like americans fans.
We are people. We are human being too.Sorry for my grammatical errors, etc.

no, he didn't say anything like that, but yes,I agree, 10 Club members  got early access, at least in Chile, only once at the first show in 2005 and that's it. They should definitely improve our benefits.
