ISO Moline 14 poster
The one that escaped me since I began collecting all the shows I've attended since 2003.
I know it's popular and I've tried many times in the past (eBay and Expressobeans), but I've yet to try this site. A friend told me to give it a shot so here I am.
I'm not made of money so I'm wanting to go the trade route in order to get the Moline poster.
What I can offer for a trade:
2 of any of the following...
Wrigley 2013
Ames (purple ape), Emek (green monster), Munk One (gangster hot dog)
And
1 Steve Thomas Fenway 16 (scoreboard)
3 posters for 1 trade
It sucks breaking up the Wrigley set, but it seems like it's my only option to get Moline.
Can someone make an offer?
Thanks!

Sure as hell sign of a bubble though.
It isn't really a "glut" of posters that outweigh demand, because if the crazy high prize isn't achieved, they just go back on a person's untouchable poster list and they decide not to sell......it doesn't mean the sale prices go down.
The Mystery poster sale brought a handful of these posters into the market from people looking to cash in quick.....that market is now pretty much gone.

By definition a bubble is created by a surge in asset prices unwarranted by the fundamentals of the asset and driven by exuberant market behavior. As someone else mentioned, an Eddie Vedder poster that was released months ago and now selling for over $500 is a bubble. There's a lot of people snapping up posters on speculation. Once they start sensing a contraction in the market they're going to start dumping them.
It happened with tulips and it will happen with posters.
That said, I just don't see a Moline poster going for $300 ever again. That poster was impossible to get from the start and most people just don't want to part with it. That it has turned in to a somewhat legendary show makes it all the more desirable. Will the guy selling it for $1200 on ebay get that? Highly unlikely..... and hopefully not. That doesn't mean there aren't people that wouldn't pay $500-700 though.
