Tracking international mystery boxes?

How do you track international mystery boxes? Santos wrote somewhere they're trackable but my history says shipped and there's no tracking number?

    Curious as well. Also for those that have already received their package in Canada, did you get an extra charge on delivery?

    I had to learn this too, I actually haven't tried to track mine yet, but there should be a number underneath the order, it should say "Carrier: Mail Innovations" then beneath that is a number.

    That number should be the tracking number used on the UPS website, but like I said, I haven't tried it yet, just sharing the info I got.

    Santos tries to help out with the declared value when possible. I suspect the full value was declared for these boxes. One would assume Canada Customs will flag these for import duty but stranger things have happened.

    Thanks for the info. I didn't even think of the added customs cost when ordering not that it would have changed my mind at all. Has no one from Canada gotten their box yet?

    How do you track once they leave ups? The ups tracking number doesn't work on canada post? My tracking just says given to international carrier

    Mine too. Latest update just say's ..

    04/27/2017 16:06 Package arrived at international carrier

    The tracking # won't work on canadapost.ca . I guess we wait for an update from UPS
