I wonder if the Hall asked PJ's input on this one.

It s very fitting that young will induct them but I think Cornell would have been the better choice. Cornell seems like he would be the more polished speaker.

Good choice. Maybe we'll see something from Mirror Ball played! :prayer:

Can they just skip the show and head to the studio to do Mirror Ball II?

I was hoping it was a band that they influenced and inspired.

I was hoping it was a band that they influenced and inspired.

It is. Neil Young made an album and toured with them. It doesn't get more influenced and inspired than that.

That's a pretty good point. He was influenced/inspired enough by them to want to record an album with them. I was kind of like the other poster. Thinking that only younger people can be inspired by older people. I guess it also works the other way around.

He's the perfect choice. He kept them together and mentored them. Not just Ed but the entire band.
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

Wait a minute, I thought Neil was Canadian. Don't they have their own HOF?

    Trump, is that you?

Already heard Cornells praise (interviews, PJ20 etc).

Personally, I'm way more interested in what Neil would say and how he would frame his speech.

And hoping for a great collaboration on stage.
