    No, 25 is not enough.
    This fan likes a lot of songs.
    Plus, I'm someone who doesn't mind "the hits" at all, as they're some of the songs that mean the most to me.
    And I think most covers are great.

    If the concert was nice and tight no one would get up until the encore. So have a 15 song set, intermission then a 5 song encore.

    Actually it is pretty funny. I would buy two 4packs instead of two 6 packs just because it makes sense.

    Fans seem to want everything and all night concerts, unless of course this or that isn't played.
    I feel as time goes on shorter PJ only song concerts or short fan hit concerts are the way to go. PJ gets thin halfway into the second encore.

    I like the hits and deep cuts. Not a big fan of too many covers (who wouldn't want 35 PJ originals?) but absolutely no need to decrease the total number of songs from what it has been the last decade.

    The biggest part of what makes Pearl Jam who they are is their live shows. If they were to change that after 25 years they would be changing the very essence of the band.

    PJ spoil us. 3hr shows 30 - 35 songs as of latter tours. I wish more bands would do this, but a lot of bands do a standard 20 song set. Like I said we are spoiled with PJ setlists.
