Merch Question

Not sure if this is the right place to post. I ordered some Fenway merch on the drop, received my order last weekend, but it was Chicago merch. I submitted an issue report through the site earlier this week, but no response. Not sure what the turnaround time is for responses, but concerned about getting the correct items as everything is limited quantity. Any help on who to contact or correct procedure is appreciated.

They are pretty good at dealing with questions and issues from my experience. But they have been busy the past few days with all of the drops so give it a little time.
