Can anyone give any insight one getting PJ autographs?

Hi All,
This might be a stupid question so I apologize on advance.

I desperately want to get my donkey kong poster signed. Outside of getting lucky and running into band members...how would you go about trying to get this signed? Would it be dumb to send it to the 10C in hopes of them having 1 or 2 of the guys sign it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Shannon

Well you can always try and email 10club. But it more than likely will not happen.

otherwise, you may just have to wait until a special event comes about like a side project tour or EV solo show ect, When they have those in the near future, but even then signings are not guaranteed.

You can try to send it in, but you may or may not get the poster back. Also, it's 'off season' none of them are guaranteed to be at the warehouse.

Some members are also not willing to 'just sign anything'...like if you go to a RNDM show, Jeff will not sign anything PJ. I don't blame him either.

Thanks dude...that's what I figured. I've met Ed three times at solo shows and have yet to get a signature. I guess I'll just keep trying.

if you send the poster to me, I will try to get it signed for you. I will frame it on my wall and then if the band ever visits my house, it will be there for me to get signed for you ;)

Don't send it to 10club asking for signature. 100% chance that you will not get it back.

You could always stalk their brains out at the hotels where they are staying like many crazy psychotic fan's have been doing for a chance at a sig.

How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Eddie Vedder?:

"If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in USA send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in USA, you can purchase your stamps here *For information on postage prices to receive a letter from USA click here."

Notice the Eddie Vedder photo on the top of the page ... .. .

Keep an eye out for posters signed by the band being auctioned off by 10C on eBay.

While some fetch mega dollars, others go for a relatively reasonable amount. Perhaps it may not be your preferred poster that's being offered up, but you'd be getting it straight from the source.
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

"Me knowing the truth, I can not concur."

Jeff yelled at all the autograph people before the RNDM show here-there were probably 10 of them, "I'm not signing anything pearl jam!" I chased him down to sign my RNDM vinyl...really nice guy, but I ended up getting shy and stood there with a stupid smile on my face.

But seriously OP, before a show is your best bet.

Ed personally gave me a pick after the Cincy 14 show. Better than any photo or autograph!

Jeff is awesome!! Last RNDM show in Toronto he was signing everything. Taking pictures and having sweet conversations with fans. It was an fantastic night.

I missed my chance getting a sig from Santos though. Dude was working hard. Hopefully next time he'll take a break for his fan's.
