Another Damaged Sperry Oslo poster....Pics
Unfortunately the poster i have been waiting for more than any other ever, arrived yesterday..Damaged...
10c has offered a refund and their response time was incredible tbh...Within an hour...
The problem is this is like the 3rd or 4th oslo specific poster that was damaged...My tube was 100% intact, so i would say they either sold it ,unwittingly, to me damaged or knew it was damaged and shipped it anyway...
Seems odd that so many oslo's were damaged..I'm nervous as hell to see the stout i bought..I've read they are huge and the 10c tubes are quite small...
I'll post a few pics of the damage, just for the sake of clarity...
1. If i do decide to take the refund, do i have to pay the initial ship and the shipping back?
2. Does anybody know if this was a scratch and dent specific sale?

2016: Lexington and Wrigley 1
Happens
I bought a limited edition glass from the Metclub that came with some lettering peeled, just sent a pic and they express mailed me a new one that showed up in less than a week and im in Canada. Great service.
The posters are squeezed and twisted while being rolled and totally ruined before they even leave their warehouse.
I get stuck paying shipping both ways too in order to get a refund.
It's usually a year or so between posters being offered on Neil's website so I always hope that either the gorilla in the warehouse has learned how to properly roll a poster or has been fired for his bad attitude. No such luck.
So I've finally learned MY lesson: I will NEVER order a poster from Neil's website again.
In regards to your situation, I guess I'd think twice before ordering a large poster from Ten Club.
I've never had a problem with them shipping standard 18" x 24" posters though.
Sorry for your loss.
