Pearl Jam will be at the Rock Werchter Festival on Saturday in Belgium and they have another new artist to the Pearl Jam world doing the poster. He is Canadian artist Gary Taxali who visually blends now with then. His style, inspired by vintage comics and advertising art, is re-purposed with the goal of communicating the ironies and comical essence of popular culture. His work is at once alluring and endearing. Despite the vintage look, he is neither maudlin nor nostalgic. His imagery is rich in satiric verve.

Hands down! Great poster! Design is simple, but funny, colourful and clear. Message on the back side is cool. Hope he'll get the opportunity to make a second poster.
