Anyone else wish that thing was longer? Much longer... Amazing!

It inspired me to buy the PJ boardshorts also.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

It could have been a series and I'd still be tuning in.

Sadly, I've only been able to see this once. Unfortunately, bcuz I'm in Canada, I can't even download it from iTunes which really sucks. I've been trying to buy it since it first came out.

I saw this once and loved it. Just recorded it on DVR this week to watch it again but haven't gotten around to it.

I just watched it for the 1st time. Had never heard of it and when I clicked on the link on youtube (had just finished watching something else and it came up), I had no idea what it was. I'm an old fan, but I was way out of touch with PJ online when it came out and for awhile after.

What an awesome awesome show. I didn't know anything about Laird Hamilton either, so interesting that he never did professional surfing competitions (did I read that right in the script in the beginning?). Gabrielle Reece seems super cool too. And of course it's a great view to Ed. That whole part where he and Laird talk about their dads... that was deep.

Youtube has always been an awesome thing, but I've been watching more and more on it and to just state the obvious: youtube rules! :)

Anyone absolutely love any of the other Iconoclasts series? What do you recommend, other than the Sean Penn one?

If you're into the farm to table movement in the restaurant industry,
the episode with Alice Waters / Mikhail Baryshnikov is pretty good too!!

That Eddie/Laird episode is so damn fascinating. I love how it gives you a close inside look into the two of their lives, without being obtrusive--hard to do!

As I continue to be way out of the loop on current events, I have no idea what connectin Baryshnikov has to the farm-to-table movement. Guess I could watch this show and find out!

Iconoclast is a series that Sundance produced...
Each episode pairs two "creative visionaries" who discuss their lives, influences, and art.
Most of them are longtime friends with the other person featured in the episode.
The Mario Batali & Michael Stipe episode is really good too!
