I see that the new album has gone platinum after 3 weeks on the charts, which i think is for selling 15000 cds

And up a couple of spots too. Any big albums being released in the next few weeks? Maybe it can get up there and snatch #1!

Stadium Arcadium obviously might take off a bit, its actually not a bad album.
Audioslave have got one coming soon, but its more than likely to be a bunch of shit. Cornells lost it, Morello never had it (in my view) and some of their lyrics are pure filth. Fuck, "to be yourself is all that you can do" ????? Yikes.

i still love the bohemian rhapsody part in the first movie.

yeah nearly under a truck. a big one. pulled out in front of me, it was raining. i was driving 100km/h. had to think quick, no time for stopping. the bastard pulled out onto a passing lane, took up both lanes, and stopped. saw me. i had no time. thought 'fuck'. drove into the opposite lane, with a car coming towards me, thankfully missing him. but what a dick who the hell pulls out like that....AND THEN STOPS!!!!! by the time i got to the truck i was still doing 70k's, so it was either, smash into the truck and only hurt myself, with the possibility of losing my head, or try and dodge the car coming the other way.

    i have rage

Well done not getting under him! that sounds close, and scary.

I have rage too btw. A couple of weeks ago I got jumped by a group of wankers. Someone explain why fucking assholes like that have rights?
A small girl smiles...one eyelid flickers, she whips a pistol from her knickers. She aims it at the preacher's head. And run (run, bang) she shoots him dead.
  • Truckers act like they own the fuckin show. I spose they can afford to seeing theyd come off best, but thats why things like that happen.

Has anyone else who ordered "Pearl Jam" from the 10C not received it yet? I'm not too worried, I ordered 2 and a hoodie so maybe that held things up a bit. Just checking...
  • I got my 10C pre-order last week. I seem to remember that if you ordered it with other stuff it was gonna take longer to process so I wouldn't worry about it.

Yup ive heard of the Mint Chicks. I might ask a couple of mates if they wanna go, they're in bands themselves so might work out.

Yeah, I know but I thought they sent the international and mixed orders at around the same time. I'm not over-stressing just yet :)

Quite possibly before Aussie (on Nov 2) only in Auckland. Dependent on a stadium

What happened to Ericson or the supertop?? Is the 2nd the only date been thrown around??

Ericson and Supertop are probably not preferable to PJ. The like larger capacity indoor venues. Which NZ has currently none. Well there's one under contruction that has suffered some set backs. Early November is possible time. Is that a weekend date? I hope they do a 2nd date. Hopefully the first one sells out and they can do a 2nd show like U2 (was going to).

2nd is a Thursday, so I guess they could play the 3rd as a Friday? First Oz show's the 7th, so that's plenty of time. I wonder why they wouldn't do 3rd and 4th?
