I have only listened to it once however it is pretty darn good. Dare I say more accessible? perhaps that is just due to their song length (all under 6:00) but whatever, it is a good listen.
Now all they have to do is grab Pelican and Isis and hit the road.

I really like it, but I preferred the huge tracks like "Chrismassteps" and "Mogwai Fear Satan." It is great nonethelessprintf("shiver in eternal darkness\n");0

I'll have to pick it up. I've got a couple of bootlegs of their's, I'd love to see them liveI never really cared about you
I never really got to thinking about you0 -
Got my copy on Friday (pre-ordered from Amazon, but chose the free shipping option). So far I'm liking the record. Did any of you pick up the version w/ the DVD? It has a 40 min. documentary about the making of the album, worth the extra buck I paid, definitely.Statistically speaking, you're more likely to be pitied by Mr. T than you are to have feet.0

A dvd you say, that's cool.
Does anyone know when they'll start a tour. I'm kind of hoping they will do a festval I'll go to. Rock Werchter would be so good.
Mr. Beast is a great album, although I've only listened to it twice. Dew to an even better album witch I got the same day.« One man's glory is another man's hell.

Haven't picked it up yet, but sounds like a good album. But I'm still enjoying last year's Pelican effort. Man, that stuff is insanely beautiful."If hope can grow from dirt like me, it can be done"
If you can't get high on purely music and the sounds that you hear, you're missing out on something.0 -

A very good record. I can hear them maturing and refining their sound. That's my favorite part of listening to bands that I like...getting to hear the evolution0

Yeah deffently. I left something out though, the film supposedly will be about Zidane.
Wouldn't that be cool zizou dancing to the melody of Mogwai.« One man's glory is another man's hell.
