These were amps made by Leo Fender after he sold the Fender company. They are generally the same circuit as Fender amps, but some contain solid state components. I have played a few, and they sound fine. However, whether they sound fine for you depends on what you want to do with them. Here is the URL of a site that restores MM amps.

Sorry, here is the URL:

I have hot-rodded one of these, so it was an all-fender circuit, like a Bassman. It sounded fine. As project amps, I think they are great, because you can usually pick them up pretty cheaply.

That's what I've noticed, no retail value. I'm actually getting board of every bass player having a SVT rig behind them. It's time for something way off the wall. I know SVT is where the tone is at, but I'm thinking a 130 Musicman with a Fullton Bassdriver in front of it through the right cabinet is goign to rock hard.
Thanks for the help.E. Lansing-98 Columbus-00,03,10 Detroit-00,03 (1&2),06, 14 Cleveland-03,06,10 Toledo-04, Grand Rapids-04,06 London-05, Toronto-05, Indianapolis 10, East Troy (1&2) 11, Chicago 13, Detroit 14
