Yellow Ledbetter sound?

Hey guys and Gals. Hey does anyone know what effects Mike Mccready used during the 2003 tour to get that amazing sound for "yellow Ledbetter" like during the Madison Square Garden performance?

    basically, i'm thinkin that mainly what Mike is using is his ts-9 and he normally throws some wah in there as well.

    if u want u can get somewhat the same sound by not having any pedals....if u have a strat u can move the pickup switch to like the top setting...gives u more of a mellow sound, and use ur overdrive on ur amp with tiny bit of gain

    just get the hendrix pedal from digitech.

    it has the sounds from the song mike copped to come up with the riff included.

    i just tried out what i said

    if you have a strat...put the clean channel on...then on the strait out hte pickup switch to position 4 (2nd from top)
