I think it is an F# for the E string and my tuner is broken so can someone tell me which fret to tune it on.

just use the high e on the second fret to get the right note. two octaves higher of course.

its actually c# with a cap on the 4th fret

the 12th fret harmonic on the low e should equal the 4 fret (C#) on the A string
