And sure, the crease is obvious. But my gripe isn't the $5 price. My problem is this guy is a complete fucking clown for describing the card as very good with minor corner wear. The picture alone just proves he is a fucking moron. 20 years ago I stopped collecting because of con artists. 10 years ago I got back in, and I quickly stopped because of the con artists.

I now have 1 guy who I paid $275 for a box, take 6 days to print a receipt for tracking. Take 5 more days to supposedly drop off package at a kiosk. Although USPS claims they never received package. I have no idea whats up there. 

4 days ago he says he initiated a refund. Today ebay says the case is still open because there s new documents to look at. Which fucking means he never initiated a refund. 17 days later? No cards, no refund.

But today the seller reported me to ebay BECAUSE I AM RUDE. 

When 5 days after I purchased the item I saw no movement on his side? I would have bet my life I would never see these cards. 

HA! No, i didn't read the description, lol.   So relax. I looked at the card and the price. That is fair.

His description?  Hell no.  You would get a complete refund if you brought that up to ebay if you bought it.  I would play dumb and say "I thought it was a stock photo.  I was buying the card description." and you win every time.

As for scammers on ebay? Tons of them.  There are also a lot of good people whom sold for years.

The 0 feedback people are selling GOOD cards for just under $100 so they can fly under the radar and not get authenticated.  Every now and then I will take a chance but after getting refunded a few times I stopped doing that.

So I am totally with you about the description being bogus.

But I could EASILY remove that scratch in 20 seconds. Its a chrome card. 2 sprays of recovery solution, 18 seconds of buffing, and poof card is fixed. So I could give him a full refund, get the card back, and fix the card. Only problem with that? And tempo? You will completely agree and say yep, SPEEDY is right. 

The value of the card has plummeted in the last month. The collectors all panic on release day and over pay for everything the 1st 2 weeks after a release. Then prices slowly calm down. The Griffey card is no longer worth $300+. Not even close. 

So i guess just give the guy a discount. And move on. 

Absolute buyers remorse. Im sure he realized 5 days after his purchase that he could get the card $200 cheaper. 

My bigger issue right now is the guy who claims he shipped a package to me 2 weeks ago. He is a fucking lying piece of crap. There are a dozen people who have left feedback over the last 2 years that all state the guy did the same thing to them. It took weeks for these buyers to get their purchase. 

He creates a tracking number at a usps kiosk but never gives the package to usps.

This buys himself time with ebay when the buyer starts complaining. He gives ebay a tracking number and ebay is under the impression its a post office mishap.

It always seems to be with boxes of cards. 

So the guy is selling boxes of cards that he doesn't have? That he doesn't have in his possession? Then tries to obtain? I dont get it. 
Most buyers get the purchase eventually BUT IT TAKES WEEKS. I dont understand what the seller is up to. Its bizarre. He spent a half hour yesterday lying to me and then telling me I was rude. Bizarre.

12 days ago he created a shipping label yet USPS shows no possession of product. Yet ebay(also fucking idiots) saw a shipping label and told me to wait a couple more weeks since they believe USPS is at fault.
(Ebay pisses me off by believing this obvious con artist)

If you have a video of the card being pristine, I would present it to ebay, ask them about said scratch.  It's a numbered card right?  There is no faking another number.

For every 100 transactions I do with people I will have 1 that just sucks. I don't let those bother me.

Like your guy that hasnt shipped the box yet, I have a Bobby Witt SP waiting for me somewhere.  Says its shipped and everything.  Still havent seen it.

2 weeks now.  I just want the damn card.  Put it in my PC...

What boxes are you buying?  Is it retail?  If so, he might be waiting to get a new shipment from his local target or wal mart.

Yeah man, I don't run into a lot of them.  The community I run with are pretty solid people.

Like I said though, when I do come across them I don't deal with them.

You want to know what gets me now?  The What Not dealers.  They come loaded with cash and buy you at 85%.  I stopped dealing with them for the most part.  I only sell my garbage slabs to them.  I'm not selling my Ohtanis at 85%.  Dumasses.

Since I have spent 24 hours wishing death upon people? I would like to share some good news. 
I purchased a bulk lot of 300, 1959 cards. I have no problem paying a premium price for cards that are ex-mnt. These were listed as such.

Believe or not these cards showed up yesterday and they are pristine. My 2nd set of 59s is off to a good start. 

So I have that going for me.
