    All true, but the Sphere wasn’t a tour. So unless you’re willing to travel half way around the world (just from my perspective), you wouldn’t have chance to see them since 2019. Put that into people’s view of PJ not playing since last year (I’m equally impatient), that’s all he’s saying.

    40 shows at the sphere. And all prior tours were actual tours. Not some short run of a few cities in one country.

    Luckily U2 will be announcing their 2027 tour in a few months. Unfortunately for the US, it sounds like they are planning on doing EU+SA in 2027, and NA won’t be until late 2027- early 2028.

    Luckily U2 will be announcing their 2027 tour in a few months. Unfortunately for the US, it sounds like they are planning on doing EU+SA in 2027, and NA won’t be until late 2027- early 2028. 
    Yeah I know we should have tour dates pretty soon. Super excited too! Hoping to do a couple of shows.

    They haven’t toured UK/EU since 2018. So like I said, getting on nearly 10 years by the time they hit the road in 2027.

    I was just curious, because it seemed like a strange thing to do, to walk into a room, audition, and walk out with a box of raisins. Anyway, whatever. If you ever want to tell me about it, the door to my office is always open... in the event that I get an office. You'll come in, we'll talk about the raisins, we'll have a nice laugh.

    Especially now with a show announced it opens the door for other stuff to happen. Which makes it more annoying to check replies and just see Seinfeld jokes.

    Someone a while back said the game may have changed with the new management and that's entirely possible. There weren't any rumors before EV did Japan. A few years ago, there may have been.

    The good news? The band will ride again. A few days ago, I remembered the various talk about "What would happen to the band if a member quit?" and "Which member(s) could quit and it's still be Pearl Jam" and all that.

    Well, we know the answers to those formerly-hypothetical questions.

    I think we’re all anxious for rumors too.  There’s been a variety of comments about a lot of topics including Seinfeld.  I think we’re all  trying to keep the thread bumped and pass the time while we wait.  No harm intended.   😊

    If you count the Sphere shows, U2 has played way more than PJ.

    If you don't count it, they've only played about 10 less in the last decade. Lol
