    Yeah tough to schedule, especially so with PJ playing on day 3 of 3...  Thursday could be an option but they haven't hosted wishlist parties for EV shows in the past.

    The Wishlist Foundation is a fan-run charitable organization. They organize these parties before shows in every city the band plays at. There are raffles and auctions and they have raised a lot of $ over the years for the Vitalogy foundation as well as other organizations.

    Abe Laboriel - plays with Paul McCartney
    Richard Stuverud - He’s played in bands with Jeff and filled in for Matt when he had Covid
     Josh Freese - has played for a lot of cool bands including Foo Fighters and NIN.

    Rotating seat is a cool idea.

    my heart wants Chad or Richard for selfish reasons.

    but after watching that video Stephen Perkins has on his Facebook where he’s playing RITFW with PJ. That sounds great and there is a chemistry there.

    I hope they don’t play fan requests - this has gone way too far, and I’d rather see a tightly focused set with the band presenting what they want.
    And I hope the drummer doesn’t leak until Ohana if this is the band’s wishes.

    It's going to be kahokiss, but no one here will believe it until she debuts because the user who first suggested it comes off as an unreliable, obsessive narrator.

    I mean a lot of us didn’t really think it was going to happen that they were going to play Ohana.

    I’d be much more excited to see whoever it is walk out on stage than it get leaked by people spending all-too-much-time on a message board or Reddit or whatever. 
    Especially true if it’s someone established that is recognizable.

    You’re kind of this message boards version of the comic book store guy on the Simpsons, aren’t you?


    You’re speaking as if this is a fact based situation whereas everyone can have their opinion of what they’d enjoy the most in this scenario.
    Personally, if the drummer is Josh Freese, or Stephen Perkins, or Abe Laboriel Jr or Zach Starkey or anyone else I’d recognize, for me it would be more fun to see at the show.

    Which is part of why after I hit “post” on this I’ll log off and go enjoy my summer.

    Maybe take a break from the message board and get outside or read a book or something,  you’ll be less cranky.

    Except that this band is notorious for maintaining their privacy. They come out when they want to.

    Its going to be great to hopefully get bootlegs from this new tour thats probably going to happen wth a announcement soon .
    A small tour like 2008.
    To hear this knew drummer playing SONGS like  Green Disease and  Greavince  and other songs from  Riot Act and Binaural songs from Yeild and No code Vitoligy ,Vs .

    All off of thier catalog im going to be going to be amazed to hear . Avocado. Back Spacer .Lighting Bolt .Gigaton. Dark Matter possible Mirror Ball.Lost Dogs
    I assume this new drummer is going to be trying to learn it all in time
