    Yeah not an accident. Tsurt also does the Ohana merch, he’s totally plugged into the festival organisation and he knows what’s up.

    This morning two festivals dropped their lineups. One is the week before Ohana and headlined by Jack White, the other same weekend as Ohana, headlined by Brandi on the 27th.

    Yeah there's likely some crossover for ACL and Ohana.  Last year it was Hozier and a few others, so it could give some clues...

    Based on the announcement of the dates
    getting later and later each year, the lineup should drop 5/12. Earlier years announced dates in January and line up in April. Last year I think the dates announcement was 13 days earlier than this year. With that formula 5/12 would technically be “on time”. That being said, hopefully it’s today with no warning.

    The one positive I take from the lineup getting later is that it's also the start of the ticket sales, so from a purely business perspective they are willingly reducing the amount of time they have to sell out and allowing other festivals to get in first - which suggests they have good confidence in their lineup.
