    I assume Josh Evans did this mix like he's done the others? I don't envy anyone trying to make sense of the production mess that was Avocado. The previous 2017 mix to try and fix it wasn't well received.

    I wonder if there are complications to releasing it due to it being originally released by J Records. The Vitalogy and Binaural Blu-Rays were both released under the Sony Legacy label. Of course, Sony Music bought J Records in 2008, so it still is under the Sony umbrella.

    Did J records own the recording, or did PJ just hire them for distribution (retaining the rights to their own music)?

    Ah, good point. The band was able to self release the 2017 mix of Avocado, so it's probably the latter. So, there shouldn't be any complications to releasing a Blu-Ray.
