This ep is really fucking good. Anyone else listening to it?
yep... thing about U2 "IMO"  there is always that Edge guitar, no Edge, no U2... enjoying this.. better than the first, three out of five I agree
to the above, shit comment, that's on me. Adam, Larry, Bono, Edge...  they are all important for music and I fucked up on that one..

And another 6 song EP just dropped

I sure hope this and Days of Ash come out on vinyl (or at least CD).  They sound good on YouTube, so I can only imagine what they must sound like on a real format!

Im really digging this EP. They seem to be fired up and putting out some of their best work right now. It’s incredible to think there’s still an album on the way. It’s been a very long wait but it feels like it was worth it.

Days of Ash on CD with printed edition of the accompanying Propaganda magazine was announced as the 2026 fan club subscriber "gift". Not sure if they'll add easter Lily to that.

I'm kind of holding off to see if they get vinyl releases.  I don't really buy cd's anymore.

Hoping Easter Lily gets a physical release. I couldn't get into Days of Ash, but I do like Easter Lily. I was one of the few who loved Songs of Innocence and Songs of Experience and I hope the new album is more upbeat than these EPs and more along the lines of the Innocence and Experience records.

Love Innocence , but I put experience at the bottom of their catalogue. I just can’t get into it and it actually gets worse every time I try to go back to it.

I'm with you here. SOI is good with the exception of a couple of clunkers (most notably Song For Someone...blech), whereas SOE is the opposite, has a few good tracks (Little Things, Red Flag Day, The Blackout) and the majority clunkers,

Easter Lily is really good (not Joshua Tree good), but I listened to it a lot. Scars is a great song.

I really like days of ash, easter lily is growing on me (I haven't listened to it nearly as many times).  I hope these get released on vinyl.

Maybe EP's are the way to go.  5 new songs is a lot more digestible than entire albums :)

Well there’s an album on the way! They were filming a video yesterday, first single is expected soon. Traditional rollout for the album. I definitely prefer the surprise releases but if you told me we were getting essentially two albums worth of new music this year I would’ve called you crazy.

I've always liked U2 from afar. I'm not a diehard, but I'd say I know most of their stuff.

Saw them live once, at MSG in 2018. The show was spectacular. Bruce was in the crowd (he had worse seats than us lol), and Bono make a joke about Bruce being too good to stand up lol.

I wouldn’t argue. I saw it 8 shows in a row at msg and it was magic every time. Bono nailed it.

Agreed!  I kind of wished they performed the album version.  But it was beautifully done with just Edge and Bono!

Agreed!  A really good EP is always great.  I'd rather have an EP of 5 excellent songs any day rather than a band thinking they have to add more songs to make a full album.

Easter lily is so damn good I love it listen to it everyday! Their faith comes through in such a beautiful way, there’s no way I’m not going to do everything I can to see them next tour.
The production of their outputs is better than any artist out there
