That was incredible. Absolutely loved it. And I didn’t walk into the theater some big Springsteen fan either.

Saw the Springsteen movie this morning (in Freehold, NJ) and loved it.  I’m a bit biased as I’m a huge Bruce fan and my oldest was hired as a background extra and got his face on screen multiple times during the first scenes at the Stone Pony.  Go see it… interested to hear opinions from people who didn’t grow up around here with a life long obsession with Bruce.

  • Wes Cravens New Nightmare has a higher Rotten Tomatoes score, bit I am watching the Bruce-film today at a matiné showing

Embarassing scriwriting. The stilted shit-lines throughout the film. Yikes.

It was pretty exciting. He originally just did it not expecting to get picked but he did.  He ended up having a fantastic experience and got paid over $1000 on top of it.  Since then he’s managed to get in a Robert DeNiro movie and an Adam Sandler movie as well while he’s finishing up his last year at school.

I really liked and appreciated hearing this song the first time, and then seeing the video and the passion and power Bruce put into making it makes it all the more great.

It does.... Full props to him and the sentiment..... does anyone actually think it's a good song though? Like, how it sounds? I think it's musically terrible, lol.
