    if those three words need to be explained, I’m starting to doubt attendance at all those shows in that signature. No chance that can’t be figured out but also can figure out how to get halfway around the planet at the same time a favorite band are also there at the same moment.

    You claimed that raising taxes leads to depressed home values. I’m sure all those folks living on Park and 5th Avenues will be fleeing to the low tax state of Flo Rida once The Bus Driver takes over and raises their taxes and builds new housing. Hell, you might even be able to buy a townhome or apartment at 1975 Ford Administration fall down go boom prices, seeing how housing costs are on the time-money continuum. Easy-peasy if you give up the Starbucks, streaming/subscription services, and waiting 30 years before dining out.

    As per usual, when pressed for examples or to show your maths, you claim something else. Dishonest as the day is long.

    And yet you can’t provide one example of it having ever happened nor of that quote coming from The Bus Driver’s public policy. Why are you so dishonest with your posts?

    My property taxes go up every three years along with the value evaluation provided by the city’s third party, property tax evaluation services provider, sometimes minimally, sometimes substantially, to which the appeals process is a waste of time. You should see all the vacant, empty houses I’m surrounded by. 

    Meanwhile, my home’s market value has increased every year since I purchased it, except maybe in 2008-2009 during the mortgage banking crises when it may have remained flat. Shocker, I know.

    Hopefully you understand he knows the 200,000 new units he is wanting  to build are nowhere near enough to solve the rent and housing crisis in the city? He is looking to increase cheaper supply subsidized by the govt to drive down prices overall on the market. Obvious, no?

    Back to quoting? How honest of you. Back to the argument that The Bus Driver is raising taxes to lower housing costs, eh? 

    Where has The Bus Driver ever represented that 200,000 new units of housing is "enough to solve the rent and housing crisis"? Has anyone posted as such? Moving the goal posts much? Its the start, its an attempt and its beneficial to the people who may one day live there, like in the projects cited on The Bus Driver's campaign webpage. You really don't understand how rent controlled, subsidized or public housing works in NYC, or elsewhere for that matter, eh?

    Why do you hate the working stiffs of 'Murica in the $50K-$80K range so much but love the corporate welfare for corporations? Do the poors bother you? Or is it the "others"? Or both?
