    i doubt either one are on the outs, because that is how shitty this administration is. basically i just expect the absolute worst, and then if the absolute worst does not happen i consider it a win.

He issued a proclamation allowing coke oven facilities to sidestep existing limits on toxic emissions including mercury, formaldehyde, soot, and dioxins.
