And I can already tell that sister-in-law has no fucking intentions of spending money on airfare.

    6 months ago I told them I would do ALL THE FUCKING HOLIDAYS!!
    They acted as if I moved to Mars.

    But now I gotta travel up to Chicago, freeze my ass off, and eat her sisters boiled Turkey? Yeah, she cooks it in a slow cooker and it sucks. Haha

    We have done that plenty of times over the last 29 years. How about something different?

    YES! Green Bean Casserole is delicious!
    I like the green bean casserole on Thanksgiving night. However, unlike the rest of the food, it is not good as leftovers. So, for me its a one and done in terms of eating it. Leftover stuffing, however, is the best!

    Speedy it’s your 1st thanksgiving in Florida they should def make the effort of coming to you! So you have to fly to Chicago on the 2nd busiest weekend of all ughh sorry my man, boiled turkey is a crime there’s zero chance I’d ever attempt such a travesty

    Her mom called us Monday.
    She told Kathy that we were MAKING HER Thanksgiving INCONVENIENT by showing up at 430. 
    Never mind that Kathy is still working and just started her new job. Nevermind that she is working the Wednesday before. Nevermind that Kathy just flew back to Chicago 3 weeks ago. 
    NEVERFUCKINGMIND that the last fucking thing I need is to go back to 30 degree Chicago! I guess they have forgotten the heart surgeries, and the main reason we moved South was because MY HEART CANT HANDLE THE COLD FUCKING WEATHER!!!

    But God forbid mom has to eat at 6pm and not 2pm. Haha 

    All mom has to do is show up. That's it.
    But we are an inconvenience.
