    Portillos Beef sounds like a perfect Thanksgiving dinner. 
    Do like my 2 year old whenever we put something new on his plate to try: look at the plate like it's a pile of poop, push said plate away, and finally emphatically declare "I NOT LIKE IT!!!" without even thinking about giving it a chance. 
    I can do that.
