    82.3% for trump....it's insane
I see that.  It's mid west.  It's expected.
55% of OH voted trump....my point was only that it is a very maga area and also very stagnant due to losing a lot of factory jobs
That is what is referred to as the rust belt. I am aware of its hardships.
having driven through the area gern is talking about , shit ton of fuckstick signs. many still up from the pence era.
yeah and my mother in laws house now has a trump flag flying out front...but hey, at least we don't have to worry about Venezuelan fishing boats attacking

Or immigrants eating the pets of the people that live there. Or litter boxes in elementary schools.

The whole “kids saying they’re cats” thing has really died down. I heard about it a few times last year (secondhand accounts with no evidence), but guessing Trump put a stop to it?
we were on vacation in ARuba in May and got brain fucked by some old couple from Vermont (surprised they were Maga) who educated us on

    1. Chemtrails
    2. Ivermectin
    3. Litter boxes in classrooms

I was just up in Vermont to close on a home and didn’t really see too many fuckface flags at all but as soon as you cross the border back into NY you see them on old beat up houses/trailer homes all run down shacks! I guess they are waiting for the trickle down economy to reach them so they can buy duck tape to add a 2nd trailer to the existing one
jesus greets me looks just like me ....

    A $150,000 mortgage at 7 % has a payment of $998 over 30 years

over 50 years the payment is $903

    MONUMENTALLY STUPID
In what year is a mortgage 150k?  Maybe for a doublewide it's that much.
    not sure what you mean

My mother in laws house just sold for $116K....FIL house probably selling for $70K

I don't want to be that guy but I have to, where they live is most likely not a place that everyone else is wanting to go?

I'm sure I can find a nice cozy place in Pennington Gap Virginia but there is little to no work unless you want to commute or work out of state.  Beautiful place but it's in the middle of nowhere.
Yeah I wouldn't say everyone else wants to live in Greenville, Ohio but you asked what year a $150K mortgage gets issued. Lots of them in 2025 for sure.

I had to look up where that is.

    No thank you...

But if I decide to open up a farm then maybe.  150 is cheap.  really cheap.

Median income of a family is under 40K.  I can collect cans and make more than that in a year.

    This weekend we rock Portland
