Of course they didn't carry it. It was a fake internet meme, does any news network cover fake social media memes that can be debunked in seconds?Gern Blansten said:

A quick google search seems to support it is fake. Can't find any source supporting it, many claim it's fake.

The funny thing it is took about 10 seconds to find out it's fake, and yet a lot of people here seemed to believe it without question.
Funny how magats call them fake news yet none carried this garbage
The point was it was obvious it was a fake, but many here didn't care.
Clear signs it's a fake. Why are they posting a meme about the complaint, and not just sharing the complaint itself? No one shared the original post- because it doesn't exist. This was just days into the demo. No bill would have been passed due, and probably not even issued yet.
This meme was the equivalent of posting that the white house is cheap and passed out bad candy for halloween with fake images of kids crying, and posting it on October 28. And no one questioned it.Post edited by mace1229 on0 -

the first 3 comments on it after it was posted, two of them (myself and tbergs) doubted its authenticity. everyone else literally said "if true", and it died out soon after. You’re right about several doubting its authenticity. I hadn’t checked this thread for a several days and I was scrolling through and only noticed the posts that replied directly to the meme, I hadn’t notice the ones that commented without replying directly. There still were a few who at least thought it was plausible, but like you said, others pointed out it was likely fake and I don’t notice. Had I read through the comments more carefully when I was trying to catch up, I probably wouldn’t have commented.HughFreakingDillon said:

And no one questioned it.

the first 3 comments on it after it was posted, two of them (myself and tbergs) doubted its authenticity. everyone else literally said "if true", and it died out soon after. Where do you get "many here didn't care"? Not sure why so bent about it when it caused basically a collective shoulder shrug at best.mace1229 said:

I'm alone in this idea, but... I have fallen asleep during a meeting, lol. I was only in my 20s, but just really tired, and it was really warm in that meeting room! Trump is really busy and apparently barely sleeps, and it was pretty boring too - I wouldn't be very surprised about this happening to someone at any age. So I can't actually hold this particular thing against him. I don't think it means much of anything, on its own. Obviously Trump is off his rocking and not mentally fit for the job, but I totally get him struggling to keep his eyes open at that meeting. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
