Habit-man this song is freaking great!Some real dirty riffs on this tune and Ed goes wild!I cant stop listening to this tune!Anyone else?

    never thought you´re habit is a great song line, i love the middle speakin as a child in the 90ies!!!!
    i think it´s about people who change their way of life; it´s about people who act like the mainstream does; they change and get habit, they turn into people who are not very special.
    anyway i love that song!!!

    I have heard that it is a song that is written about Mike!
    It was right before he went to rehab for drug and alcohol abuse. Ed is singing about how much of a shame it is to see such a great person making such a bad choice in life.

    has he ever actually said "speaking as a child of the 90's" in a live version? everytime i hear it i wait in anticipation to hear it he will! the closest ive heard is "speaking as a 90's of the 90's" or something like that.
