I had a 2012, then a 2022. I did like them, but tbh I was growing bored with is, and my 2022 was sooooo naggy with the beeps and boops for lanes and blaming me for not looking, scaring me by slamming the brakes randomly if someone is turning in front of me, etc. Some annoyances with the infotainment too. Then I found out over the Summer that my "trial" for my remote starter expired and they asked me for hundreds of dollars to re-up that and a handful of other services I would never use.mca47 said:I've had three Subaru Outbacks over the years. 2018, 2021, 2024. They are company cars and get replaced every three years, but they have been great. I would def buy one if one wasn't given to me.
I started looking at Subaru's upcoming EV, but research steered me to a Tesla Model Y. I have owned it for 2 months and I miss outback not at all. My biggest concern was snow, it snowed yesterday, and it was just as good.Post edited by MayDay10 on0 -

My buddy only buys from Enterprise and has had zero problems. He used to work for them and says they take good maintenance of their cars.0 -

When people say to me(which is almost everyone) " I would never buy a rental! People just beat up rentals!)
I then give them all my reasons. Then they kinda sorta see things my way.
Vehicles get oil changes every 3k
Scheduled maintenance is followed
Tires are always kept decent and changed if needed.
Engines steamed cleaned frequently
All fluids topped or changed every 3k
Interior steam cleaned often.
4 cars and never once in 15 years have I had any issues other than regular maintenance.
Tires, brakes, battery.
Bought a 2025 Camry for her today
Might buy a 2025 Trailblazer for me next week.

I can't find anyone in Florida even close to that price.
And Hertz has a dozen to choose from.

In my fife its the grocery store, Disney, some restaurants, and maybe a fishing hole.

Tundras are the best looking trucks on the market. But, as you mentioned, their price point really is up there. I only buy used, usually 2-3 years old and still ended up "settling" on a RAM. Common and not a top of the line truck but it does have nearly all of the bells and whistles. I love the huge screen and panoramic sunroof....and I am not going back to having no heated/air conditioned seats or no remote start. And 4WD is mandatory.tempo_n_groove said:

I won’t buy a new Tundra because of the loss of a V8. A truck w a turbo just isnt something i want. Turbos wear out. Another thing I would need to fix down the road.darwinstheory said:
