    Can’t speak for them but I think the political stuff was the first few pages when certain people had an immediate knee jerk reaction to any mention of Florida. 
    I'm guessing 4,654 people said to me over the last year..

    Have you ever spent time in Florida during the summer?
    Do you know how humid it gets in Florida?


    Did you know they have alligators in Florida?

    5 hours is kinda perfect for a 2nd home.

    Yeah I couldn’t be much further from my son my daughter just moved to Colorado so she’ll have to fly out to see us or we to her! I’ll keep you posted on when it shows up I’ll find that out this weekend, we’re hoping to get at least a couple of renters for this ski season I’m not banking on having that many this season.

    The house went live on the sites for Airnb also the evolve site for rentals 
    1739 route 140 Wallingford VT, it went live Friday by yesterday I had to rentals booked for this week! I can’t believe it happened that quickly

    That is awesome! I've had great interest in doing something like this somewhere out west. I just have reservations on everything going smoothly being so far away. I would love to learn more of your process if you care to share via DM/text. Though I understand you may want time to see how things really go.

    Retirement can either be fun or boring so far I’d say I’m having lots of fun and from the looks of it Speedy is having a blast down in sunshine state! I’d say it’s better than waiting for a certain band to come out of retirement 😂👋
