TG also makes the best non-BA stout ever and a crazy amount of terrific BA stouts.

pliny’s all great. Agree on blind pig…very good. I also agree in that for the most part, for my taste, DDH versions are always better.

Oh yeah, San Diego used to be one of the top spots. I still remember visiting Alesmith when it was in a business park and they had the garage door up for you to enter. So small. So many good beers in that area back then.

La Fin du Monde is my favorite. It's a Belgian Trippel from Unibroue and it's fucking great.

Just learned that they are not going to be importing it to the US any longer.

It's interesting. There really isn't any orange or citrus taste to it at all. It is made with honey from bees that pollinate orange trees in Florida, apparently.

It is easy drinking, very refreshing and has a super clean finish.

I have never seen it outside of Florida and even here, it has been difficult for me to track down on occasion.
