    Definitely less groove. That's a really good call.  Sort of migrated to standard hard rock/metal whereas they had something really unique in the first set of records.  

    wonder if that was a naturally occuring rhing with brians addition to the chemistry or a calculated move to have a definitive distinction between the two eras?

    Being at the mall going into the record store and buying this one just for the cover. Had no idea who they were. Glad i did. Become one of my favorite horror punk records.still love the cover.

    Memory I've probably told 100x: going to see Slayer with some opening band with a silly name, Alice in Chains. My dumb metalhead self. Who the hell cares about a band with a lame name like that! Missed them. Saw them a little later at lollapalooza. Blown away. Whoops.
