    A couple of hiccups the last 10 days but we are still hopeful for a Aug. 29th closing on the house. 
    Kathy is going down there this Friday to be there when our new furniture is delivered. Lots and lots of new furniture!! Fuck it, we are starting our adventure and decided we wanted all new stuff. Plus her car will be arriving too.
    Take me piece by piece.....

    Want a good laugh? That I'm pretty sure in a few days Im going to be furious. Ughh

    We are having one of our cars delivered to Florida this week. We did our homework and chose a carrier. The guy showed up 24 hours late, and put our car up on a trailer. Said he had 6 more cars to pick up. Guaranteed the car to be where we need it by Monday.  
    Also gave us an app to view his progress and see exactly where he is.

    Well so far, in a 24 hour period, he has managed to get about 150 miles NORTH of us. Hahaha

    If the car makes it to Orlando by Thursday of next week I will be shocked. 

    Why do I think that come Monday I will be on the phone screaming at people?

    I've spent the last year listening to all the "experts" in regards to selling my house. Pure comedy. People who have never owned a house, have never been able to afford a house, due to their choices in life, people without the 1st clue when it comes to home renovations, electric, plumbing, walls, wood work, etc. All those people? They have given me nothing but sound expert advice for the last year. Hahahaha

    Fake it till they THINK they've made it......Im in Construction, and its scary what gets put on plans vs field conditions,how they keep amending drawings....Daddy made a phone call to get them a job...and im the babysitter

    I have renovations coming up this spring....or maybe sell the fucker and move to Europe, im going Tuesday and I have a feeling I may just not wanna come home.....You make less, but damn its real Living
