    I guess since Pappelbon about 10 years ago? Maybe Kimbrel a few years ago for one season? And of course Lifge’s magical ‘08 season.

    Nice to get the sweep of the rangers. And maybe even nicer that the Mets are on a 7 game losing streak.

    So this project 25 maga economic hack who Trump nominated to lead the bls and cook up some good numbers grew up in my neighborhood. His parents still live here. House is directly behind me.....and coincidentally enough, is adored with the same weirdo maga stuff you would associate with someone being at the capitol on 1/6.

    I've always thought they were weirdos and took pictures of all their dumb signs and flags while walking my dog past their house back in 2020. At one point the number of signs and flags got up to 13! They still have a maga flag draped on the side of their garage with red, white and blue christmas lights around it AND a fucking spotlight shining on it every fucking night. I think he's flown some version of a maga flag non stop for the last 10 years. 

    I know it's his parents, but there's pictures and videos of this guy on 1/6. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I don't know what it means if he gets confirmed. We're basically turning into Communist China. Can't believe anything our government says.

    My cousin turned on Trump, specifically over this firing of the economic stats lady. (I said "well that's what Nazis do.") Not sure what the point is, but whatever. Now he's always texting me to vent about Trump.

    I'm just indignant at this point. The first time around, I was like "hey, let me meet you in the middle, let's talk." 

    Now I'm of the mind that - especially if you voted for him three times - you are an absolute traitor to the country. I hope all the pain comes for all the people that wanted a referendum through this fuck and any other Republican politican, like they're good for anything.

    What's happening on the state level with SEPTA is fucking atrocious btw.

    Anyway, I said what I said: hate The Rabe, always will hate The Rabe. Give me garlic drenched spinach greens any day of the week over it.

    Newsom is starting to fight fire with fire and I love it. I love how he is trolling Trump on social media as well.

    Unfortunately I think we are too far down the rabbit hole to get true Democracy back.  Between SCOTUS, Trump's policies and gerrymandering we will be decades before we can right this ship.  I hope every last fucker that voted for Trump gets royally fucked by his policies. Zero fucks given hoping those fuckers suffer.  And I generally am a pretty tolerant person.
