It's all the trimmings and leftover vinyl material (PVC) from other releases just reheated and reused as "pucks" to press records. Doesn't affect the sound quality of the records themselves b/c that's all contingent on the pressing plates and not the wax.

There's an indie exclusive pressing, as demetrios provided the links to a couple earlier in this thread. Check your local indie store, if you have one.There will also be a standard black vinyl:

I grabbed everything the 10c had, plus the two different CDs from "udiscovermusic.com".
I didn't have any Mother Love Bone in my music collection and now I have all I need!
