it’s crazy… my buddy has Yamaha 350s x3…. Every season at least one needs a whole new Upper manifold replaced… minimum $10,000

A boat is 100% an expense. Storing it, maintaining it, repairing it. Money pit. Just hire a charter. Well worth it to walk away. If being a captain is your hobby then go for it. I get the tinkering with all the bits and pieces. Too much work for me.0

ITS CRUNCH TIME!!!!
Kathy is now going to fly down there solo next week. Her car will be delivered to her, all our new furniture will be delivered to her. I get to stay home and get the last of our belongings gathered together and finish packing the pod. We have some friends taking some dressers but didn't find any takers for the sectional and bed. Oh well. She will fly back home after taking care of car and furniture.
Then if all goes well, we both head down, with the cats on the 27th. Closing the 29th but we don't need to be there for the closing.
