Guess you're taking the position that they had "bad intentions" or "improper credentials", should have obeyed ICE and that ICE is right, eh?You only have to fear ICE if you are here with bad intentions or improper credentials. Try getting into Korea or Singapore with no visa. They do not put you up, they kick you out. There are no tents in Korea. Do you really think established US citizens over 50 with more than 30 years of hard work are at risk? Bullshit. More of your nonsense and scare tactics. We are fine. So get real and stop. Because you have no idea.QuoteICE handcuffs 71-year-old grandmother, a U.S. citizen, at San Diego immigration court

Yes, they're not all over 50 but I didn't realize age was a determining factor of whether your constitutional rights applied. Must be nice living in ignorance, eh? I could give two fucks about what they do in Singapore or Korea, as well, for the record. Why not mention North Korea and Saudi while you're at it?jesus greets me looks just like me ....0 -

Keep using sand as your reference. I do not need schooling on the the Bill of Rights. I actually think James Madison was way ahead of his time. Read Federalist paper Number 10. That is what is happening in the US right now. Regardless of ICE we still have one of the most open borders in the world. I have no problem with the government enforcing rules, even if that enforcement may be harsh. Heck, even local fish and wildlife has approached me with hands on guns. Show them ID and a license then they are friendly. It's not complicated. You cannot just show up and be afforded rights. Those rights are a privilege.0 -

Basically admitting, yeah, you'll probably be racially profiled, but it's fine just give them what they want and they'll move on because they'll quickly determine you're not the "other" they are looking for. What a simplistic and ignorant viewpoint. It's a hopeless situation...0 -

OK be another ethnicity and I will agree you are more likely to have a problem. If everything is in order, then you move along. If something is not right then the problem gets larger. It is not complicated. You cannot just show up under the current admin. Oh and they might be checking people that are already here. There might be a reason they find you. No visa no bueno. The constitution has not been suspended for people that have a right to it. For fucks sake, under the current admin you cannot just show up. You may have a problem. And yes, the current admin is going after people that may already be here. They are not picking names at random.0 -

Why not mention North Korea and Saudi while you're at it?
Jose I would guess you and your family will have no problem. Even if they question you, it will be done in a minute. They are not after you.
Basically admitting, yeah, you'll probably be racially profiled, but it's fine just give them what they want and they'll move on because they'll quickly determine you're not the "other" they are looking for. What a simplistic and ignorant viewpoint.0 -

Clearly not being interpreted that way by the current admin.0
