How is everyone doing? I've had some pretty tough times lately with whatever bullsh*t happens in life. 

"We will get by. We will survive."

How's everyone?? Maybe say a word here and know that it will be okay. You have a community of support to back you. No political threads please. Purely emotional support.

    I'm good. Always tune into music and tune out everything else.
    The best thing a friend told me is life is unfair and sucks sometimes.
    Can't go over or under it. Have to go through it.

    Does "meh" count? Some days I feel good others, Other days, not so much (which is most of the time, kinda down on my self)

    Meh 100% counts!!! I'm an avid listener on Calm.com. The meditations, travel and sleep stories help me through the dark times. They have a meditation dedicated to feeling "Meh". It's totally fine to feel "Meh".

    Pretty sure ev said that at fenway once. It's also from a kids book "going on a bear hunt". my dad told me "I don't have an original thought in my head".

    Ha! I thought I remembered that saying from a book I used to read my daughter. It's true and thanks for that. I'm really going through it right now. I need all the sayings, positive vibes, children's morals, etc I can get. Original thoughts are far and few anyway.  All good lol!! Thanks for your words. And just a reminder that it's okay not to be okay...

    Heck. At the moment I feel pretty good. Spent quality time with people I love. Special and try not to take it for granted. Enough about me!

    Hey man hang in there.  Know there are people out there that care about you and want and need you here.  That goes for everyone in this thread. 

    Myself going through a health issue the last few weeks that’s been not great and really inconvenient.  But while it has sucked it’s not anything that is Life threatening or anything that should cause any long term severe issues.  So I take solace in that.  Had caused me to miss two weeks of work and to cancel a beach vacation which has bummed me out. Trying to stay positive 

    When I’m down I like to get outside and take a nice long walk listening to music and my thoughts.

    I’m def down emotionally but it’s more about me feeling terrible with what’s happening to my fellow immigrants! All I can do is seek them out so I can help them by doing them favors, like going to the store for them believe it they are afraid to venture out.

    Hang in there my man. There are many things going on in our country right now that can bring you down. If anything, those situations should help you recognize how blessed you are. You worked for it!

     Yes, I agree that getting out into nature and walking is one of the best ways to unwind and let your mind relax.  Sending good thoughts and vibes to everyone here and hoping you have a good start to your week. ✌️💜✨️

    No not really this issue is at the top of my emotional state everything else is white noise but back topic I’ve found peace and joy in helping folks I’ll keep it going
