Well that’s not fair, you put Stuverud, Gilmore AND Wicks on the same poll.

my mind is racing with possibilities, do we get  MLB, DC or RNDM..

Barrett Martin would actually be pretty cool too.

I am going to say Coady Willis. He has been in Murder City Devils, Big Business, Melvins, and High on Fire. He could bring some heavy energy to the band.
1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th
    1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, California
    Nothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
    2022- Oakland Night 2
    2024 Sacramento, CA

Folks there’s zero chance they get a drummer to be full time member not at this juncture! Stand in drummer ok but not permanent this band is looking to wind it down.

I agree, it’s hard to imagine them hiring someone full time. But honestly, who knows?

If this was 10 years ago I’d think differently!

I would guess they name a full time drummer before they announce a new leg of shows.
They’ve always been a 5 member band. It has more appeal to have a “full time” drummer than just a touring fill-in.
Because they are winding down and already have over 30 years of experience, whoever it is will probably receive a smaller percentage of band ownership than Matt had. Especially since there are a list of drummers we’d want to see. I’m sure most, if not all, would be more than happy to play 10-15 times a year for a couple hundred thousand a night.

I randomly heard Baba O’Riley Oakland 2022 in the car today and Stuverud didn’t miss a beat.  I think he might be where they go. I have no info.

I just heard that in the car as well! He sounded great!

My pick is Matt Chamberlin, but I hope they can find someone that they click with musically and enjoy being around. And someone who can learn all the songs!
