I booked a hotel near the airport just in case I do make it but doesn’t sound like I will. If it was $1k a ticket and Sabbath was doing a 2 hour set like 2016-2017, I would be totally in

Kinda sounds like how his RRHOF induction performance went. I wouldn't lay out huge dough but that's a great lineup and it would be great to see those 4 share the stage one last time.

Kind of sad to see the king of darkness if he is just being wheeled in and almost like he's put on display. Imho just do a tribute show with him maybe showing up. Unless ozzy is totally into it then go for it. Just feels sad to me.
It just makes me think how would I like to be remembered?
I mean hell. I saw ozzy's final tour in 1990 something.
    My 2 cents. Whatever

I agree to a point. Life captures us all, we all have known after all these years, it's all our outcome. Fuck the sad in life, we have no choice in it and eventually we all become looking like it. It's Ozzy fucking Osbourne/Black Sabbath. Everything ends, let us enjoy what gave us decades of enjoyment while we still have the chance. MUSIC4LIFE

  • I would like to take this time and moment to say that the original Black Sabbath is The. Most. Influential band of all time.
When you listen to Masters of Reality and understand it’s 1971, their 3rd album, and how heavy they are….then get V4 in 1972….is God-Like. Geezer and Bill are absolute legends and GOATs.

What if he used the “THRONE” That Dave Grohl performed in a few years back?  That thing was pretty bad ass!

By all reports, Ozzy can still sing. I think Sharon will make sure he goes out with his dignity in tact.

Yeah it will for sure be some majestic setup. They're not gonna have an orderly wheel him out to the side of the stage in a hospital chair.

That throne was first buily by Axl Rose when HE broke his leg. Dave borrowed it from what I read.

I would assume Ozzy did the same or had the one at RRHOF last year built and will use that again.

Dave had it built, used it, and then let Axl use it

Anyone listen to the new pressing of ST released by Rhino High Fidelity? I heard it was a really good pressing, but compared to what? I mean, I can't afford a UK Vertigo pressing, but I'd like to know how it compares. In the end, I went ahead and ordered one from Easy Street. Looking forward to seeing if it is an improvement over the other pressing that I have.
1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th
    1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, California
    Nothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
    2022- Oakland Night 2
    2024 Sacramento, CA

    Bump.

I see soundgarden is on the line up. No offense but I hope to h e double hockeystix they don't use the singer they just did. Would be insulting. Really the best they could do?
