An Ohio congressman introduced a bill asking the National Institute of Health to study “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” https://nbc4i.co/4mu4xcA?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_NBC4
i think trump derangement syndrome is thinking he is a good person and a great president. that should definitely be studied and hopefully treated.
TDS (tRUmp  Denial Syndrome) is definitely a condition found among maga sycophants.

    Some symptoms include:
Believing, parroting, reposting all of his bs, conspiracy theories, dogwhistles and lies.
Using terms like jab, libtard, ret@#d,commies, marxists, socialists, woke etc
    Being anti-education, anti-science, anti-progress
    Supporting RUssia and not Ukraine.
Posting in support of him on a liberal rock band's fan forum.
Believing he’s a deity is also something they/the cult believes! You know after he survived the attempts on his life nothing will harm him he’s covered by the godly umbrella to be rejoiced in heaven

Senate mark up has apparently added a provision that the government sell 3 million acres of public land.

Speaker Mike Johnson said he does not plan to allow votes on any measures related to the Jeffrey Epstein case in the House's final week in Washington before a weekslong recess, despite intense pressure from some of his own GOP members to go on the record on the issue. https://cnn.it/3TSFTp0

He’s hoping the MAGA cultists will forget by Labor Day, which is a sound strategy as they most likely will have, particularly if there is an “event” between now and then.

That'd be great. I'd presume a few probably wouldn't come back and likely decide on a whim to explore retirement in another country...
    It's a hopeless situation...

Just like colbert topic, the left is making things up.

A discharge petition is a very time consuming process and has multiple steps before it's passed. It can take about  40+ legislative days , which is more than 2 months, at a minimum. It's not something that's designed for fast action, on purpose, by the nature of what it is. This is just like a right-wing forum with the conspiracy theories

focusing on important issues of the day....

House Republicans have advanced a proposal to rename the Kennedy Center's Opera House, one of the center's major theaters, the “First Lady Melania Trump Opera House.”

An amendment changing the name of the 2,364-seat theater was approved along party lines by the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday and would become law if Congress approves the House GOP spending bill.
