Yeah, that's what happens when they sell show specific merch a day before the actual show outside the venue. Only people that benefits are the flippers and "fans" who buy multiples so they can fund their next show(s). I am glad I got to the point where I couldn't care less about the merch as the "fans" ruined the experience of just trying to get a souvenir of a show you attended.tragicheadjam said:

Yeah so if you're coming into town the day of the show you're basically SOL for any day of merch. Does not seem very "fan friendly" but bottom line is $$$ anymore.....Green Disease you could saypearldavidson said:

I got the AP but my daughter wanted one of these too even though she wasn't there (she's 5 mind you, but you gotta start somewhere). Got shut out of both at the shows. Paid scalper prices on eBay for night one, missed it on here because I was in the bathroom. Got shut out of the AP's because BK's website did not function well at all during his sales, now this. Luckily I got one, but if you're going to do a really bad job with merch at the shows at least have your website functioning properly (that part is not on BK). Overall just a huge thumbs down with how merch was handled on this tour.M0nst3rMJ said:
I went through that very experience trying to grab that one and the same thing just happened this time. Not cool at all. I don’t believe there were any N2 posters in the venue. I actually heard from a merch employee that they sold out of N2-specific stuff on Saturday. There’s no reason to sell that stuff the day before, especially when there’s plenty of other tour merch available to sell.0

There were N2 posters in the venue, but a very small number. The inside merch booth I was at probably had 20… which is insane. Too many sold outside the venue all day Saturday and Sunday.AfghanTwilight said:I don’t believe there were any N2 posters in the venue. N1 was ridiculous also, not to the same extent though. They really did a terrible job with merchandise management at those two showspearldavidson said:

Right; i didn’t even bother waiting more than an hour in the outside merch line since the line was so bad. Instead, we chose the GA line and were decently close to the doors. Then, inside, the arena staff told us all to go upstairs only to then tell us if we were GA to take the elevator down. That ride took us to the front of the GA queue where a bunch of salty GA campers berated us for not understanding what to do.Shaindli1 said:

It seems as though many of those campers are an acquired taste. In the end, we managed to get just one row back from the rail, nearer to Stone — and actually pretty close to where you were.0 -
I’m also hoping to land the N2 shirt still; my sticker got crushed, so I guess I need to find a way to replace that once the scalpers aren’t trying to get $30 for it.BSully said:Went to both Pitt shows, the only thing I'm missing now is a N2 shirt and the hockey jersey.0 -
Missed out on all N1 merch except the sticker. Got everything for N2 except the token. Not paying flipper prices for anything, so will make do without unless I find a trade option down the road.AfghanTwilight said:

Oh yeah, I didn’t even think about a N2 token. Those are among things that if I get one, it’s cool. If not, I usually don’t even chase down later on. For me it’s always been about the posters, going back to the mid 90s, even above shirts. There’s nothing like an exclusive piece of art from a show you attend.payling said:

I'm still looking for someone willing to trade away one of the Pitt hockey jerseys.
They sold out both nights while I was in line... on N2, I saw them take the one down on display when I was too close to the front.1998: Noblesville, IN 08-172000: Noblesville, IN 08-182003: Noblesville, IN 06-222006: Cincinnati, OH 06-242010: Noblesville, IN 05-072016: Lexington, KY 04-26, Wrigley Field 2 08-222018: Wrigley Field 1 08-18, Wrigley Field 2 08-202022: St. Louis, MO 09-182024: Noblesville, IN 08-26, Wrigley Field 1 08-29, Wrigley Field 2 08-31

Leaving Night 1, walking up the stairs from my seat to the main concourse, i chatted up a guy walking up next to me who was holding a jersey. He said he only bought it because he missed out on the poster. He said he would have sold it to me for face value. Sadly I neglected to hit up an ATM machine before the trip out from NY and I had only 40 bucks cash on me. I thought about asking him to go with me to an ATM machine in the arena but I didn't know where one was located and it was such a madhouse leaving there that I didn't want to make my problem his problem. So, lesson learned, fill up the wallet with cash before a show!0 -
But did you get the poster ceska? Tho I know you the hockey guy!0

No poster either. Was with my bro and he did not want to do merch lines. It wasn't even worth waiting on the lines right when the building opened. All good. We had a good time, and I met up inside with a guy I know who works at the arena and we heard good inside stories about Sid and Geno!0 -
