    It's all good. When I played hockey in Boston, Marchand was the kind of player most teams WANTED on their team. Either way, playoff hockey 🏒 of ALL the sports playoffs is by far the best to watch. It's probably going back to Edmonton. 👏👍✌️

    Was hoping Edmonton would win so that when McDavid's contract is up he won't feel obligated to stay and maybe sign with the Rangers. I know that won't be a guarantee. But still

    I have to believe that salary cap issues should be looming for the Panthers. There’s ac reason no one wins 3 in a row.

    I kinda remember Montreal still being good on NHL '94 on the Sega Genesis ... no cups for Canada since that game was released.

    Good for them the PANTHERS CONGRATULATIONS! 
    Pretty big cheer for Marchand when he raised the Cup. I'll watch the game later on the NHL network. Damn, of late way too many times the Stanley Cup has resided in the state here in Florida.

    That said, it's going to be a loooong road for the     BRUINS to get back on top. We shall see.

    I’m interested to see what happens with Edmonton. I don’t know their cap/roster situation, but on the face of it, back-to-back losses in the Final has to be debilitating.

    I can't help but think if Marchand showed half as much heart in the BOS / STL final a few years ago as he did this spring, the Bruins win that cup, but I digress... Congrats to Marchand & the Panthers. They were a f'ing wagon. 

    Long road for the Bruins indeed... I'm not holding my breath with this management team at this point, but I'm hoping for the best.

    But it's really the same thing as the Panthers.  They both went 2-1 in three straight cups.  But I knew in year three the Lightning had lost too much depth in the 3rd/4th to win it.  Question is whether Panthers will feel the same.  They had Verhaege and Marchand on the 3rd line.  That's second/first for the rest of the league.

    Paul Maurice hits Luongo over the back with a stick, leaves Florida to coach the Jets again, leads them to their first Cup, beating the Luongo coached Panthers 4-2.
