    i think trump derangement syndrome is thinking he is a good person and a great president. that should definitely be studied and hopefully treated.
    TDS (tRUmp  Denial Syndrome) is definitely a condition found among maga sycophants.

    Some symptoms include:
    Believing, parroting, reposting all of his bs, conspiracy theories, dogwhistles and lies. 
    Using terms like jab, libtard, ret@#d,commies, marxists, socialists, woke etc
    Being anti-education, anti-science, anti-progress
    Supporting RUssia and not Ukraine.
    Posting in support of him on a liberal rock band's fan forum.
    Believing he’s a deity is also something they/the cult believes! You know after he survived the attempts on his life nothing will harm him he’s covered by the godly umbrella to be rejoiced in heaven
