It’s much more than just property damage violations in some cases. It’s not just vandalism. Arson is a serious crime. You set fire to a building or a police car you get arson. Every brick you threw at a cop is an assault with a deadly weapon. Every Molotov cocktail you threw is an attempt of murder.
But with all the riots we’ve seen over the last few years, how many actually get charged for things like that? A fairly small number compared to the number of offenders.0 -
