Seriously?... Jason at Gabba is a solid guy.
    How is Jason/Gabba "very conniving"?
In runstaples’s defense, this was a joke directed at Loujoe, not about Jason/Gabba.
I prefer 'squirrellllly' over that other big word ;)

    Ah, cool.
All the more reason for users to hit the "quote" button when making a comment, to prevent misunderstandings.
I agree then. Loujoe is very conniving. :)

I'm turning over a new leaf. Next Tuesday. BTW missed the 10c drop of BK Pitt. Sold out in seconds.

Got these super fast. This was what my mystery poster tube came with. Thoughts from the poster experts? All from 2006. (I particularly like the SF one since we lived there for a spell.) All Ames Bros.

Thanks for sharing! I don't think there's anything very rare in there, but I think is a fair deal at $150 for the three posters.
You probably already know, but the expresso beans site should give you an idea on the value of each.
You could possibly break even by selling them off, depending on how bad the damage is on them.

+1 for me on that drop. Got lucky.
Yeah, those sold fast, and the product page has already been pulled down.

Jason/Gabba Gallery has been taking some heat on FB the past few days, because he advertised a Gabba mystery tube drop (non-Pearl Jam) on some Emek Fans groups, but it seems none of the tubes had Emek prints in them, or anything of much value. So many people felt mislead, and are claiming false advertising.
To be fair, it is a "mystery tube" so will be a gamble, but there probably should have been more transparency like, "a very small allotment will have an Emek print", or "1-2 tubes/flat packs will have an Emek print", or something like that.
People would go in knowing their odds of a good score then.

Yes, thank you!! I forget to check Expresso Beans! However, I don’t think I’d sell them, to be honest, just gift them — so many people inside 10C have been incredibly kind to me, so if anyone has a particularly strong connection to any, I’d be glad to re-home any in-kind.

That's kind of you. I would send you some shipping money for the Albany one, which I was at, but never got around to buying.
I'm also a huge Sonic Youth fan, so I do like that San Fran one for that reason (even though I wasn't at that show.)
I'd also be open to trade for something I have.
    No pressure, though.

Like the Albany, but the Hartford is a really nice one! Not bad at all for a mystery tube, congrats
I would be very happy with these at the price (and I already have two of them)

Received my haul today. Came oh so close to getting a poster for a show I went to w/ the Milwaukee ‘06 poster. These are actually in really good condition and the San Francisco one is fabulous.

Probably no real AMES connection. PJ and Tsurt were sponsors of the Color Haiku event.

Got ya. I just remembered that the Denver one is Klausen so I guess its not just Ames.  I wonder how Gabba got their stash.
