They changed that pressing run from 750 to 950 due to demand.

A notorious & legendary PNW band answered that question on what people do or don’t do with their vinyl…😉

If you're not opening your vinyls to at least rarely spin them, ... you're probably not a collector but an investor. A collector wants to enjoy the collection ... which means listening to the music in the case of a music collection while preserving the state/condition of every item. That's no contradiction. The main focus of an investor is to solely preserve the value of the collection. That's what you do when you refrain from opening a sealed vinyl. That's my take on this topic.

If any of your collectors / investors want to trade one of these send me a message :) I don't care about the color / rarity. Would just like one to spin
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

That's pretty much the only response needed.

Thanks for correcting me. English is my third language only. You live and learn. I hope you were able to understand what I tried to express nonetheless.

Agreed. I bought a sealed Lost Dogs last year for quite a bit of money. First thing I did was open and play it. I admit i have some sealed vinyl but only because I have a decent variant to play. A few years ago, I bought an original pressing of Vs. it had been sealed since the early 1990s. When I got it home I unsealed it, put it on the turntable and told it that it was finally fulfilling its purpose after all these years. It sounded excellent!

My FL N1 poster from the 10C showed no updates from Fife, WA for 3 weeks until the day it was delivered to me in Boston… I’m not even going to bother looking at the tracking info for this vinyl… I’ll just come home to a surprise one of these days.

    Hey Guys,
I just got my bleach reissue of the 30th Edition Mad Season Above Vinyl from Juno Records and I was wondering if anyone else noticed the typo in Barrett Martin liner notes that appears in the 30th edition but came from the 2013 Deluxe editions notes. It says twice Apparently however they loved Layne, Apparently however they loved Layne. I’m wondering if this has occurred in all prints or just the bleach editions. I’m numbered 956/1000. Has anyone in this thread got multiple versions they could check this out with. Also absolutely love this album.
    Cheers.

This is brutal for it to be so delayed and for whatever human was responsible for proofreading to still miss such an obvious error… to be expected when this release has been so poorly handled already I guess

This is "brutal"? Really? Vinyl delays always happen. This recording is widely available, so it's not like you can't listen to the material. Also, mentioning people loving Layne twice isn't the end of the world. It's actually worth mentioning twice.

    “vinyl delays always happen”

They happen but ALWAYS? Are you sure about that? Every vinyl that has ever been released has always had a delay? I am willing to bet my life that isn’t true, considering I’ve received multiple albums this year alone on or before the advertised street release date.

I am commenting on the poor quality control in addition to a prolonged delay on something I paid for in February and still haven’t received. I’m not interested in your (wrong) broad sweeping absolute statement about vinyl production or your opinion on the value of having poorly proofread liner notes in the anniversary edition of a record.
