I got the 3rd to last license plate and was maybe 100 people deep in the line when I arrived at 845. Limited
    quantities for sure.
You are very lucky, I waited from 7:00-2:00 Friday and the person in front of me bought the last license plate.

Really? I saw it and thought, "Wow, they finally get a decent poster for the last show of the tour."

The Friday poster is orders of magnitude better. Would have been perfect to end the tour.

Here is my new @pearljam poster! I was excited to be asked to design one for where I live. It’s always a challenge to come up with new ways to showcase the city. This one took me awhile 😅.
    🌸
For the back of the poster print, I decided to go through my sketchbook and copy/paste my doodles/notes/etc. I thought it would be fun to share my creative process and how this image came to look like it does.
    🐆
I hope you enjoy the show! Thank you @mrtsurt for the invite. Pick one up at the show, or I’ll have my AP’s for sale at a later date. These are 7 color silkscreens

That's a rude statement on this art... and it isn't even relevant that I'm proud to be a childless cat lady...

They were out of the N1 shirt and obviously I NEED it now for obvious reasons. This was the show of my LIFE and I'd like every souvenir I can get my little paws on.

Does anyone here have a Pittsburgh N1 shirt in 2X they're willing to part with? 🥹
    Still very much looking. Anyone?

Ok, I normally don’t bitch about this shit, but I got here before 7. The line in front of us is very sparsely populated and there’s a whole long line of empty chairs. I walked to the front and counted and there are 61 warm bodies in front of me. Even if every one of them is taking turns with a line friend for the bathroom, that would be at most 120 people. There is no way that is what it’s gonna look like at 11:45. I will hold the line for someone around me who needs to step away for a bit. But this is fucking bullshit. You don’t get to walk your whole fucking party away and just save your spot. can you imagine if I tried that on the fucking rail? I do not understand how people can be so selfish and entitled. Anyway, thank you for letting me rant into the void.😮‍💨

This is why there's no merch at the actual show inside, it's a problem.  It's probably mostly been the same people waiting an insane amount of hours all three mornings.  They need to stop selling the city merch outside

Doesn’t this just create new problems for the indoors sales? There’s line management, which creates human traffic flow problems which lead to fire/emergency hazards. Plus you’ll have people lining up during the show just to meet demand.

The real solution is to make more of the merch. Or if Tsurt can handle to volume (but I’m guessing he’s smaller like 10c) presages and shipping.

Then make it available to ticket holders online.  Or choose a vendor that can manage demand better.  These are my first shows since 2013 and I've never had this issue before, so something has been broken along the way

The vendor is absolutely a large part of the problem, and I can't imagine how much it's cost the band this weekend.
