Finally get them back to N.C. and they didn’t disappoint. They were on fire and Ed sounded great. (Most of) Crowd was awesome and acoustics in that building were good. Only complaint were two knuckleheads sitting behind us in 105 that would NOT STFU the WHOLE night…drunk dudes just yapped LOUD and yapped and yapped…during songs, between songs, they’re probably STILL talking. Reminded me of the scene in Planes, Trains and Automobiles where Steve Martin loses it on John Candy in the hotel room. Everyone else around us was great. Looking forward to night 2. Teen Jesus and Jesus Teasers were awesome, I highly recommend their set. Spotted Baby Billy rocking out…

My 10th show was a banger. The band and the crowd had great energy. Finally got Release. Hold on was awesome. Satans Bed was my moment of the night though, a personal fave, I lost my mind singing at the top of my lungs. If they can top that Tuesday we’re in for a treat.

Hold On is not just a rare song I was chasing cause it’s rare. I wanted to hear it so bad because of how great of a song it is and the band did an amazing job with it!

Thanks so much for pulling that off!

That was such a fun show. Other highlights for me were Light Years and Severed Hand especially the awesome jam at the end.

    Grievance 🧐🧐

also the listed set above skips the number 6. Should be 24 songs total.

#36 for me. Nothing I hadn’t seen before (for only the 3rd time) but great nonetheless. Always special to see Light Years since my first tattoo was lyrics from it. Hold On was a great surprise.

This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

Great show.  Guys look like they are having so much fun.  Great combo of hits and songs for the die hard.  First 3 songs a perfect start for me.  Love that combo.  Dark Matter songs sound great. Severed Hand, Satan’s Bed, Smile, Unthought Known all so good.  Was thinking during the show last night it’s honestly just an honor to be in the same building as this band. Every night they are on fire,  can’t wait for Pittsburgh

    Super awesome show!
the band was having a blast and sounded so great. The setlist was awesome with some really unexpected surprises.

I was in section 223 and the crowd was pretty boring. Honestly felt a really big lack of energy from this crowd. I am sure up front it was Fire, but around my side of the arena it was not. Didn’t stop me from rocking so hard though.  The lack of crowd energy is my only complaint about the night - which was incredible as a whole.
    Can’t wait for night 2!!

Yeah, I was in 123 and the crowd was kinda up and down, great energy for the hits but not a lot for the deep cuts and DM tunes. It ain’t Philly. Still, compared to the normal arena rock crowd, a great energetic group. Just pretty average for a PJ crowd

    Wow!
  • Great show and really still processing it. Always love Release as an opener.  With it being Mother's Day and having lost my Mom almost three years ago, Ed changing the lyrics to be Oh Dear Mom Can you See Me Now hit hard. Then later playing Light Years also caused me to contemplate on the special day/loss. Quite powerful and cathartic. Hold On was a total shocker and thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't wait to hear the boot and see the videos on-line of it.

Indifference as a closer was great. Light Years and Satans Bed too.

shame the venue had to cut the lights on so early.
